[ ] Assign small teams and a check-in time. [ ] Photograph conditions without identifying people unless they consent. [ ] Separate unusual or hazardous items for the proper authority. [ ] Thank participants and share one immediate result. AFTER [ ] Record participation, bags collected and areas completed. [ ] Note any issue that needs City or property-owner follow-up.
